Marianne has spent over 20 years in the commercial real estate industry focusing on technology and data. Previously, she was the Senior Manager of Lead Generation at Ten-X.com. Using her research skills, she worked closely with her team to design and build out a system that allowed the company to interact with its clients in an efficient, safe and targeted way. The department was directly responsible for identifying unknown potential buyers of current listings, resulting in over $1.4 billion of closed commercial real estate. Additionally, Marianne worked on various projects focused around strategy, productivity and data, achieving several internal awards for her work.


Sarah Jepson

Managing Director

Sarah has worked both in-house and agency side providing marketing for real estate businesses for 20 years. Responsible for leading and implementing strategic and tactical marketing, Sarah brings a dynamic and creative approach to every client and project she leads. Fast-paced and tenacious, she has mastered the art of ensuring clients budgets are allocated in the best way possible, with a permanent focus on maximizing a return on investment.


Alexander Lavell

Managing Director

Alex has nearly a decade of experience in real estate and real estate technology at multiple organizations and has been party to over $100 million in transactions. As a director at Ten-X, Alex led lead generation and sales in the Central Time Zone of the United States, and helped build up the private client group specifically targeting small and mid-market brokers. Alex graduated from Wittenberg University with a Bachelor’s of Economics and moved to Austin, TX in 2013.

Sarah has been involved in the design industry for a number of years, working on global brands but has more recently turned her attention to real estate, helping craft stand out collateral for both off and online. With a meticulous eye for detail and a relentless determination to ensure projects are delivered on time and budget, Sarah has a way of making the impossible seem possible.


Jasmine DeFoore

Head of Photography

Jasmine DeFoore is a seasoned visual content professional who has produced thousands of commercial and editorial photo and video shoots. Formerly the Director of Photography and Head of Content at online commercial real estate firm Ten-X, she now works with clients worldwide. Her recent clients include AFAR, United, and Dell. She is based in Austin, Texas.


Andrea Parker

Data Scientist

While pursuing her MS in Information at the University of Michigan’s School of Information she was a graduate student assistant on a research project with Facebook studying social network phenomena. Since then she’s driven the successful completion of a multi-year real estate knowledge graph product while at a well-known CRE company, has worked on a Gates Foundation project mapping financial inclusion in developing nations, and worked as a data scientist and engineer at a health data company in Manhattan.

Andrea develops data products and machine learning models to better serve buyers, sellers, and brokers in the commercial real estate space and ensures that those products are easy to use, algorithmically sound, and that they maintain the security and confidentiality of user data.

She enjoys working on initiatives for algorithmic accountability in her spare time.

PMP and Scrum Master certified, he is a marketing research leader and process improvement visionary who takes into account the best interest of stakeholders, business partners, and clients with experience leveraging business needs and technology to complete a myriad of projects.


Ross Stevens

With over 20 years professional experience in digital marketing, Ross has vast expertise and a proven track record in analyzing websites, understanding their weaknesses delivering strategies to improve them. He ensures websites perform to their full potential in search engines, and that those interacting with them love them too.
Ross also specializes in high-performing PPC campaigns and implementing pragmatic PR outreach campaigns as part of a winning technique to help clients realize the full potential of their website and online profile.
As well as the full and intricate management of SEO campaigns, Ross also has many years experience creating WordPress websites and implementing usability strategies for clients.


Mark Shockley

Mark Shockley is a seasoned revenue operations profession having worked five years in real estate focusing on sales and marketing operations. At Ten-x he was responsible for sales forecasting, comp plan design, campaign attribution, and sales and marketing analytics. While there he developed attribution modeling for lead sources resulting in a 20% increase in top-of-funnel to closed-won opportunities. He provided strategic insights through analytical reports and partnered with the management team to increase new website sign-up lead coverage from 45% to 100%. He is a certified Salesforce.com administrator with experience standing up and architecting Salesforce instances.
